Performance. AVI COMM delivers campaign intelligence for each client. We monitor and report on the performance of the customers’ list by tracking not only the successful delivery of their creative message, but also the activity of their recipients: the number of messages opened, the number who responded to the respective “calls to action” and clicked on links within the creative, and the number who forwarded their message on to friends and colleagues.

These analytics are made available to each client in a real-time display on the web, via a unique, secure url issued to the client for each campaign. Each visit to the site brings the client the up-to-that-moment statistics on the performance of their campaign.
